Returns & Refund Policy

At Jozicozi, we are committed to delivering high-quality products while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and product integrity.

This policy is aligned with the Consumer Protection Act and, where applicable, the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.


1. Hygiene & Non-Returnable Items

Due to the intimate and delicate nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange once opened, worn, or removed from their original packaging:

  • Tights
  • Socks
  • T-shirts
  • Close-contact apparel (e.g. hats, beanies, gloves and/or scarves)

This restriction applies strictly to change-of-mind returns, including sizing preferences.

We encourage customers to review product descriptions and sizing guides carefully before purchasing.


2. Defective or Incorrect Items

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act:

You are entitled to a return if an item:

  • Is defective or damaged
  • Does not match its description
  • Is incorrect

If you receive such an item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist promptly.

Jozicozi will cover reasonable return shipping costs for valid claims.


3. Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return under CPA provisions:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging, tags, and hygiene seals must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

Returns may be declined if:

  • The item shows signs of wear, misuse, improper care, or damage not due to a manufacturing fault
  • The product has not been used or maintained according to care instructions

4. Change-of-Mind & Exchanges

Jozicozi does not offer returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of preference
  • General dissatisfaction where the product is not defective

This is due to the hygiene-sensitive nature of our products.


5. Online Orders (Cooling-Off Period)

For online purchases, the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act provides a 7-day cooling-off period.

However, this right does not apply to:

  • Items that have been opened, worn, or unsealed
  • Hygiene-sensitive products (e.g. Close contact apparel)

Returned items must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs for cooling-off returns are the responsibility of the customer.


6. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for processing once the return has been received, inspected and approved.
