At Jozicozi, we aim to deliver your order efficiently and reliably through our trusted courier partner, Aramex South Africa (Store-to-Door).


1. Delivery Timeframes

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
  • Delivery typically takes 3–11 business days, depending on your location

Total estimated delivery time: 4–14 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.


2. Courier Service

All orders are shipped via Aramex Store-to-Door.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.


3. Delays

While we work closely with our courier partner to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • High order volumes
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Remote or outlying delivery areas

Jozicozi will not be held liable for delays caused by the courier or external factors, but we will always assist in tracking and resolving delivery issues where possible.


4. Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

If a delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Unavailability at the time of delivery

Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.


5. Risk & Ownership

Ownership and risk in the goods pass to you upon delivery to the address provided.


6. Undelivered Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe:

  • We will liaise with Aramex to investigate and resolve the issue
